• After paying a $250 deposit, please email 2-3 Hi-Res photos of your beloved pet and your contact information to: alyson@alysonwhitney.com
 
• Within 72 hours we will call you for your 30 minute design call.  We will discuss your cherished memories, favorite toys, nicknames, 
stories, photos and colors. Your stories and photos are my inspiration to create an original work of art. If you prefer to send me this info via email, please send to: alyson@alysonwhitney.com
 
Pre-Production Artistic Rendering:
• A pre-production artistic rendering is a coloured sketch of what your urn will look, including glaze colour chips to assist in pet coat markings when needed. It's emailed to you for approval along with final pricing. This is your chance to approve or make changes. Any additional requests or changes will be accepted for an additional cost.
 
Pricing:
• A custom urn starts at $500. It includes pre-production rendering, sealing glue and domestic shipping. Pricing is based on level of detail, difficulty, materials and client requests.
 
Final Piece:
• When the pre-production rendering has been approved and payment has been made in full then production will continue with the final piece. Please allow 4-6 weeks for completion. Sealing Glue included.
 
Returns & Exhchanges:
• Custom or Personalized Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of order. 
• Custom or Personalized order can not be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Returns accepted on items not custom or personalized within 14 days for store credit.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs
