• After purchasing, please email 2-3 Hi-Res photos of your beloved pet to: alyson@alysonwhitney.com
• A full color artistic rendering of what your beloved pet will look like on the urn will be emailed for approval before production continues on the final piece.
• Any other custom additions are certainly welcome for an additional charge.
• Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of your Custom Urn.
Returns & Exhchanges:
• Custom or Personalized Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of order.
• Custom or Personalized order can not be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Returns accepted on items not custom or personalized within 14 days for store credit.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs
